Comprehensive mental health support tailored to your unique needs and circumstances

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive space where you can work through personal challenges, develop insight into your patterns of thinking and behavior, and create meaningful change in your life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, individual counseling offers personalized support tailored to your specific needs and goals.

In our sessions together, we'll use evidence-based approaches to help you build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My collaborative approach ensures that you remain an active participant in your healing journey, with treatment plans that honor your values, strengths, and aspirations. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and at peace.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space where partners can slow down, talk openly, and understand each other with the support of a trained therapist. It's not about assigning blame or deciding who's "right." It's about strengthening the relationship by learning how to communicate, reconnect, and navigate challenges together.

Partners often reach out when they feel stuck in repeating patterns—misunderstandings, conflict, distance, or stress that won't go away on its own. Counseling can help with issues like communication breakdowns, trust concerns, life transitions, parenting stress, or simply feeling disconnected.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a specialized form of counseling designed specifically for children, typically ages 3-12, who may struggle to express their feelings and experiences through words alone. Through the natural language of play, children can communicate their inner world, process difficult experiences, and develop emotional regulation skills in a safe, supportive environment. This approach is particularly effective for children dealing with trauma, anxiety, behavioral challenges, grief, or family transitions.

Using age-appropriate toys, games, and creative activities, I help children work through their concerns at their own pace while building self-esteem, problem-solving abilities, and healthy coping mechanisms. Parents are an essential part of the therapeutic process, and I provide guidance and support to help you understand and support your child's emotional development. Play therapy creates a nurturing space where children can heal, grow, and thrive.
